Black Hat Money
Over the years there has been a long ongoing debate among search engine opimisation experts concerning the use and miss use of black hat techniques.
I believe whitehat stuff is very important in building a long term web based business. However, I also think that there is strong case for at least having a bit of a dabble within gray/blackhat areas, so long as they are not going to get you into trouble with the big boys. I aint talking about all those self promoting gurus, I am on about the Internet gods, Google and Yahoo.
A lot of the myths of “you shouldn’t touch the grey to black stuff” comes from three different types of people.
1/ The ones that tried it and made so many mistakes that they got banned.
2/ The ones that were too scared to try it but tried to put others off in case it worked.
3/ The ones that are doing it and making shit loads of money and don’t want you too.
What if you could find all the hottest web 2.0 and social media properties before any other marketer and use them to to OWN the first page of google over night, would you do it?

Hello Rick, Vince hear,
I have tried some black hat methods but some marketers really push the limit like Brett Smith. He has some great software but you have to use proxies to use it.
This is not good. I have been slapped down several times so now all I so is white hat because I know the work I put into my car audio site (audiodiscounters.com) will not disappear.
if it is a new site you have nothing to loose and yes it is a great way to get traffic, but don’t experiment on a older site. It could be disastrous.

Great Blog good content. I NEED SOME HELP My Friend! Have you ever heard of Maverick Money Maker, because it seems to be a good affiliate program? But have you heard of it or know of anyone involved or got any advice one way or the other? I don’t want to promote something that doesn’t deliver. So I thought I would ask some of the students.
