Marketing Mafia Was Worth It
Hey Everyone
I finally got to see module three, so all my ISPs endeavours to keep me from it have failed.
Although like for lots of you there was a lot that we already knew, I think it was a good idea to cover what Alex did, for the guys that have not been fortunate enough to have come across it before.
Saying that I actually learned something that was puzzling me.
I had found it quite easy to put google analytics on the pages of my profit pulling platform, mainly because it is all HTML, and quite straight forward if you follow the instructions.
But I was struggling a bit when it came to putting it on my blog, cos when I went into the design bits and saw all that php splattered across all the pages I thought “oh crap I aint touching that”, so I put it off for a bit.
Then while watching module three, Alex started talking about Deans e-book, and how he covers that bit which I had been putting off.
Now, I had actually downloaded Deans e-book yesterday, but it has sort of been sitting on my desktop waiting for me to get round to it. So after listening to the recording, out popped the e-book, over I went to page 19, and about 5 minutes later, I had Google analytics set up on my blog.
Cheers Dean.
For anyone reading this that has come straight here from a search engine that needs a bit of help but doesn’t know Dean, you can go and download a copy of his blog set-up guide at: www.deanholland.com.

Hi Rick,
Very nice blog.
I added you to my blogroll as well and wanted to ask you whether you would participate in following:
Everytime when I visit someone’s blog I am overwhelmed with the advise, suggestions, how-to tips and other usefull info. I decided to create few separate pages here where I will gather all this info so we have it in one place. But I can do that only with your help. I created ‘how-to’, ‘cool sites’ and ‘video’ pages. Of course I will always put the link to the originators site where useful info sits so people will go to your blog and we are all winning…
Thanks and speak to you soon,
Gordan

Hi Rick,
Looks like Gordan and I have the same idea. I’m gathering all the “cool tools” from the student sites and putting in one page on my site called “cool tools”. Thought it was a way to contribute to the group, having everything in one place. Great minds, I guess … lol.
BTW, I’ve added you to my blogroll and would love to be included in yours.
Best of luck,
Debbie

Did you create your site since you started Alex’s course?
I am doing a promotional video, and wanted to know if I could use a screenshot of your site?

Love your blog, Rick. Please add me to your list of students. I’ll do the same.
LISTEN, EVERYONE PAY ATTENTION! I have a terrific Christmas present for all of you. Terrific is an understatement. This will most definitely be the greatest Christmas present you will recieve this year! I guarantee it. It’s worth $4,000! Yes, not a typo.
Everyone get over to my blog ASAP at http://www.marklucianoonline.com and read the posts from Dec.16th and Dec.18th. Don’t wait even one second or you will miss this. It isn’t going to be there for long, and I want all of my fellow students to get this NOW!
Tell all of our fellow students about this, but nobody else please. If you wait you’ll be very angry when you see what you missed out on.
